Privacy Policy & Security Commitment
Chan Phở is designed from the ground up to respect your data. Your files stream directly between devices on your local network. No accounts, no trackers, no cloud databases.
Last verified July 25, 2026
Chan Phở moves files device-to-device directly on your Wi-Fi or LAN. It prefers direct WebRTC encrypted channels. If local firewalls block direct connection, the lightweight Nitro server relays the file temporarily over WebSockets. No files are ever sent to external cloud servers.
- No accounts: No sign-up, email, or passwords required.
- No cookies: Zero advertising or tracking cookies.
- No telemetry: No Google Analytics or telemetry scripts.
- No file reading: File content is never scanned or parsed.
The current server process attempts best-effort cleanup of tracked files after roughly one hour. For relay transfers, the local server process holds a temporary buffer on disk so connected devices can fetch it. Restarting the server instantly clears all temporary records.
The interface loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That is the only third-party network request this app makes on your behalf.
You have complete control over your data. You can delete any active shared file immediately from the app file list, removing it from server memory right away. Clear your device ID by clearing local storage in browser settings.
